GamePlanet WoW Blizzlike Realm

I have few ideas for our server, and i wanna hear what you think about that.
Couse, we are new server, main problem is to get players.
Couse that, when GamePlanet WoW come online, first month its gonna be instant lvl 70.
You will be able to buy some equipment, rare gear/dungeon3 sets.
If we get 30-40 players, we will enable "PvP" tokens for one week - For one kill in Battleground u will get reword - Badge of Justice.
